DHARMA ALL LEVELS - a Classical Hatha Yoga Class (Physical Postures) that will include modifications for all -Beginners Welcome!

GENTLE Classes are appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a gentle, restorative class to increase range of motion and relieve stress.

VINYASA Yoga is for those who want a little more active practice.

THERAPEUTIC Yoga heals Mind & Body with a series of postures using a variety of props.

LUNAR YOGA -A late evening class to unwind and release the day's stress. Open to all levels.

KUNDALINI Yoga uses movement, breath, sound (Mantra) and meditation to increase your vitality, balance your mind and uplift your consciousness.

PRENATAL YOGA  focuses on a series of gentle stretches and postures to bring a sense of calm and reduce anxiety.

SPECIAL NEEDS YOGA for teens and young adults. 

Payment methods:  Cash and checks are accepted in the studio.  If you would like to pay for a class/package via credit or debit, please do so in advance on the Payments screen of the website, print out the receipt and bring it to class.
